Car Accident

The accident occurred at approximately 2:15pm on July 24, 2012 at the intersection of Black Mountain Road and Hillery Drive. I was driving north with my wife on Black Mountain Road. The light was green as we approached the intersection. However, the light turned yellow as the car in front of us started to enter the intersection. She slammed on her brakes the instant the light turned yellow and skidded into the intersection approximately 6 feet. I slammed on my brakes as soon as I noticed she had slammed on her brakes, but because of her unsafe stop I skidded to a halt and rear ended her car. My car came to a stop right at the line. She drove across (because she was already in the intersection) and parked on the side of the road on the other side of the intersection.

TWO MONTHS DOWN AND ETERNITY TO GO!!

Yesterday we celebrated our 2 months together being married.Our special day started with a surprise that i made for Andy.I made him a banner that says HAPPY 2nd MAHAL KO meaning happy 2nd my love.He was surprised and couldn't believe i made something for him because i don't usually surprise him.He told me that he loves it and he doesn't want me to take it down from the wall.haha.He kissed me to wake me up since he gets home at 8 am in the morning and told me that i am the best and he loves me so much.:D And i gave him a present.It is a family game called In A Pickle and i put it on his spot in our  bed.And yes we have our own spot in our bed.I got the right and he got the left side.

And guess what we did after my work???

Well,we went to Dark Knight Rises midnight showing.For your information, my husband is a Batman super fan.Can you believe he took that day off just to watch that because he works at night?That pretty much explains how much he loves Batman.We started waiting in line at 8 pm and the line was sooooo long already.I told him good thing i love him because i would rather be at home than waiting in line.haha..but seriously, i was tired from work and going straight there is just unbelievable.haha..Anyways,here is our picture waiting for the movie..We were both tired and sleepy.The movie was super good though.I didn't fall asleep while watching.I usually sleeps when i don't like the movie.haha.Ask my husband about it or even my family.hahaha

And check this out!!!!!I got an award from my husband when we got home from watching the movie.He is just the sweetest husband ever! I love him so much!!!Thanks love:)And oh he got me chocolate and dried mangoes from Philippines.

Friday the 13th...

So today I woke up earlier than normal cause i planned things to do today which is mostly grocery shopping and other shopping trips..haha.Andy woke me up when he got home from work at 8 am and i was super tired because i went to bed at 2 am again.So anyways, my sister ate Julie (ate means older sister with respect in Filipino) came here early cause i told her we are going to do some stuff and go to some places and since she just stay in their house and doing nothing she came with us.Andy drove and we dropped off Jeanene(my young sister) at her work then we headed to pick up my mom to come with us to costco because we don't have costco card yet,but since it was still early and costco was still close we decided to dropped by walmart  to buy some alfredo sauce then from there we went to costco.we stayed there for an hour to do groceries and wait for the pictures which took an hour to print.We had a coupon for free prints up to 100 pictures from my work.After that we had to go home because my love needs to sleep and have a rest cause as you guys know he works graveyard shift and didn't get any sleep yet.While he's sleeping i cleaned up in the kitchen and put away the stuff we got.

I didn't wanna waste my time while i am off from work so me and my sister went shopping and got really good deals.We went to kohls and we got dresses and accessories using her Kohls cash reward.She got $40 and it was enough to pay for everything we got.Well it wasn't that enough but close..haha..the total was $47 something so that means we just paid $7 for everything we got!!YAY for those rewards and free stuff.We love deals..Who doesn't right???I will try to start posting pictures of us wearing the stuff we got.

Next destination was at my good friend Brandie's bridal shower.It was fun and really cute.I got to know her more from doing games.I am lucky to have such a nice friend like her.

Lastly,Andy wanted to go hot tubbing so we went there when i got home since it is next to our house.We had a nice talk and time together.I love my husband so much!!!

Vacation for me!!!

So I found out last Wednesday that i am not gonna be working from Friday until tuesday because the family that i am working with is going on vacation.I told Andy about it as soon as i could because i was so much excited that i will have more time with him.(we only get to see each other 8 hours a day because he works graveyard shift and when he's home i am either at work or he is sleeping which technically means i only get to  talk and be with him for 2 hours.)I was so excited that i was planning what we are gonna be doing already for those days.We are the kind of lovers who wants to be hanging out together as much as we can.We always wanna be together in everything we do.Maybe because we just got married.hahaha.But anyways,I am just happy that i have a chance to have a long vacation except the fact that i wont get money for those days:/At least i will get to be with my love when he is home and we can go out and use our gift certificates from our wedding since we are saving money.We are planning to go to K1 speed and i am seriously excited about it but scared at the same time because i don't really know how to drive yet.Hopefully soon i am gonna be driving though....

I was looking at our wedding pictures today and i just love this one!We are just so happy seeing the people waiting for us outside the temple and of course very happy that we are sealed for time and all eternity!!!!

Banana bread..

I woke up this morning and went straight to the kitchen and saw very ripe bananas.I wasn't sure of what to do with it but suddenly banana bread came up to my mind.(maybe because i've been craving for it)And guess what???i tried making it and luckily it was yummy!my family loved it and it is all gone now..haha..that's how good it is...
By the way,it's my first time making banana bread and i am glad it was successful.:)
