Late Third Monthsary Post

We celebrated our third monthsary last weekend.We went to Birch aquarium in La Jolla on Saturday because our monthsary fell on Sunday and we brought Liam with us because he's been wanting to hang out with me and Andy.I thought it was a good time to bring him with us.When we picked him up at their house he was so excited to ride in our car with his carseat and he couldn't stop telling stories which is so cute because eventhough we couldn't understand everything what he is saying he would still talk and talk.We love him.He is such a cute kid and a very good listener. I am glad we brought him with us to celebrate our monthsarry.

He loves Andy so much!!!Whenever i babysit him he knows when Andy is coming to pick me up and he will start looking at the window to see if he's there.Whenever he sees Andy he would start saying Andy Andy(with his very happy face and excited voice)!!!Adorable right??

Amazing Apple cake recipe

This is very moist and healthy apple cake.Very easy to make and everyone will love it!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup oil

4 eggs

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 cup raisins

4 cups apples (cubes)

1 1/2 whole wheat flour

1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients except raisins and apples until smooth.Pour the batter into 10 inch pie pan then add the raisins and apples.Pour the rest of the batter on top.Bake in 375 degrees F for about 50 mins.,

Midnight baking

I was in a baking mood but i was tired from a very long day but guess what?I still got to managed baking sweets.I made some macaroons and used the recipe from the book that i got at my bridal shower.I was hoping for a really nice looking one and yummy macaroons but it ended up looking funny.(third picture)haha..i guess because i was tired:/(EXCUSES)...but since it is still edible,i made them round so at least it will still look macaroons.haha(first picture).Hopefully next time i make them it will be the right one i am aiming for and i will be super willing to share the recipe with you guys.

The next one i made is crinkles (second picture).Luckily it was successful.It's yummy in my tummy.I will be posting the recipe soon for you guys to try it.
